It has been a long time since I made a post in this blog.have been very busy reading,writing and also with some hospital visits.

stress is very common in our urban lifestyles -stress in daily travel, power cuts, reaching on time
staying alone or with impounding people.
It is very important for everybody to calm their minds and be on a balance and take on what they can do for the day.
stress is self created and if one can convince their minds and themselves most of the stress is eliminated.
doing prayer, gardening, reading,listening to music, developing a hobby, cooking doing small works at home can all be good stress busters.
